FULL FORM® It is a biodynamic supplement designed to optimize a synergy of active ingredients, with high titration, extracted from the fruit of the Aristotelia Chilensis , from the resin of the Commiphora mukul with associates the HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyric acid), Coenzyme Q10 and the Creatine , diluted in demineralized water and dynamized with systems derived from BQT (BioEnergem Quantum Technology). • Aristotelia Chilensis , the fruits of the plant contain a high concentration of polyphenols, eight anthocyanins between delphinidins and cyanidins. The main anthocyanin is delphinidin-3-sambubioside (34%). Anthocyanins are able to block the NRF 1-2 genes, counteracting the processes of inflammation and cellular aging.
• Commiphora Mukul , known as the “myrrh tree”. By cutting the trunk, at a specific time of year, a resin is obtained from which sterols called guggulsterones are extracted. The most studied guggulsterones are indicated with the acronym EZ. Guggulsterones have a hypolipidemic and antiatherogenic action, reduce the levels of total cholesterol, in particular LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides. They regulate thyroid function by increasing the levels of T3 which has a more biological action.

• HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methyl-butyric acid or beta-hydroxy-beta-methyl-butyrate), synthesized in the human body from the amino acid leucine.
  Research published in the Journal of Applied Physiology has shown that HMB increases muscle mass and strength. The effects are evident even in people who perform modest physical activity. It reduces intramuscular adipose tissue.
  Taking HMB before exercise limits the increase in lactate dehydrogenase (LDH).
• Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinol) , is a substance that is synthesized from mevalonic acid. As a coenzyme it plays a key role in energy production (ATP).
• Creatine is an intermediate molecule in energy metabolism. Synthesized by the liver and pancreas from arginine, methionine and glycine, 95% of which is stored in striated muscle, 2/3 as phosphocreatine and 1/3 as free creatine.
  It is used by the muscle to produce ATP in the first seconds of muscle contraction. It increases the amount of intracellular water, which is often lacking due to inflammatory conditions resulting from physical effort. It reduces the so-called insulin resistance.
